Living a purpose-filled life is achievable for anyone, irrespective of age, life experiences, up-bringing, or personal obstacles. As we age, often what we took for granted no longer inspires us, or circumstances have changed in our lives. Around retirement, significant reevaluation occurs on “How do I want to live my life?” and “Who do I want to be?” Mindful Living creates a deeper connection with our emotional and physical being, and this workshop series will support self-reflective learning.
